It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully read and understand our terms and conditions before completing the booking and transaction process. We will not be held liable for any payment made once the booking has been completed and confirmed.

All services rendered including parts supplied will remain the property of our company until payment is received. Should a dispute arise in the future regarding defective parts or services claimed not rendered, sufficient evidence must be provided to prove this. If after assessing and viewing the alleged defection or evidence that services were not properly carried out, we consider or deem the end user to be at fault, they (customer) will be liable to pay the full costs stated on the invoice and booking form as per our invoicing terms.

The Lock Specialist Ltd reserves the full right to collect assets or parts immediately should the dispute remain active.
