Couldn’t recommend Mase enough, a true professional who was extremely responsive and returned three times to make sure the job was completed to the highest standard. Any issues (which were no fault of theirs!) were overcome with great ease. Communication was amazing, we were kept informed of everything along the way. Super friendly & polite, restoring our faith in tradesmen!
Very professional company. React quickly on my requests, and take the work to the highest standard- the broken door looks like new after the fix, like a magic! The carpenter is polite, skillful and respectful. He cleaned everything every time before he left. Due to the complexity of the work, he came back several times to make the job perfect. I am appreciated for the job the they do, and will definitely recommend.
I had a very pleasant experience - the team from Lock Specialist were very professional, diagnosed the issue after reviewing a video I prepared, quickly booked me a slot on a Saturday and showed up on time. They are very trustworthy and honest, fixed my door and tidied everything up. I recommend them highly. P.s. please note that after diagnosing the issue, the intervention will need to be paid ahead. I was hesitant at the beginning as I found them on the internet, but I could not be happier now.
