Once you place an order for an “Emergency Booking” via our booking form, you will get an instant response via email letting you know that we have received your booking request. On receipt of your payment, you will be notified with an official confirmation of your appointment. Our help desk staff will then reaffirm that emergency assistance is on its way. The emergency team will immediately follow up with a courtesy call to inform you that they are en route with an accurate ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
