Terms & Conditions For Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
As a customer, I accept the payment terms and cancellation fee (£99) of The Lock Specialist Ltd. I fully understand that I have now entered into a legal agreement contract with The Lock Specialist Ltd and am prepared to pay the cancellation fee if I choose to cancel at any point after accepting the quote and completing the booking form. I have uploaded ID confirming my identity and place of residence.
A full refund is only issued when we are unable to fulfill the service that was agreed. Depending on your method of payment, refunds can take up to 7 days from the date of your refund request. If you made a payment to us via a BACS transfer, you will be issued with a same day refund.
