For consumer protection and warranty validation, we supply our locks exclusively with genuine patented keys. The use of copied or non-genuine keys significantly increases the risk of key failure, lockouts, and internal corrosion, which can reduce the lifespan and reliability of the lock mechanism.
Our patented keys ensure optimal performance each time and eliminate the risk of key/lock failure. Our products provide exclusive key control and cannot be duplicated without the customer’s authorisation. This additional security measure serves as an extra layer of protection and ensures keys cannot be copied by local vendors without permission.
In cases of reported lock failure, we reserve the right to assess whether non-genuine or copied keys have been used. Where such use is identified, any resulting malfunction or damage will not be covered under our warranty.
This approach ensures the lock performs as intended and delivers the level of security and reliability expected when the lock was originally installed.
