Consent And Agreement Terms

As a customer, I accept the payment terms and cancellation fee of The Lock Specialist Ltd. The full fee quoted on any service call out less parts if itemised will be deducted with a “no refund policy”. I fully understand that I have now entered into a legal agreement contract with The Lock Specialist Ltd and completed the consent and agreement form, stating that once I retrieve access to my bank card and payment information, which is currently inside my home, I will make payment in full.

I will complete the booking form and follow all due processes to ensure payment is made before the engineer leaves site.

I have further agreed to pay the full service fee quoted if I decide to cancel at any point after completing the booking form.
